When you take out an Annual Support with Asset Guardian® you receive access to free major and minor version upgrades from the
website (Contract Dependant). In addition, you have full access to support from our technical
helpdesk for the period you remain in support. |

Without Annual Support, bug fixes are available to download
free of charge and minor / major version upgrades are available to purchase.
Technical support is provided for 30 days from product registration. |

If your Annual Support contract has not been continuous since you
purchased Asset Guardian® then you may have to purchase a version upgrade
to the latest version before re-applying for Annual Support. |
