The Asset Guardian® Customer Support group works directly with customers to provide support for installation questions, general questions about the functionality of our software, and technical inquiries.
Customer support is provided free of charge for 90 days from registration. After the first 90 days, please feel free to call or e-mail for additional support. Support can be purchased at the rate of £40 per incident, however, the fee is often waived for minor problems or if the problem is caused by a program bug. Prices are subject to change without notice.
To help us better serve you, registred users should submit support requests via the online help form whenever possible.
During the first 90 days of free technical support, queries will only be answered via email or using the online help form. If you use email, please include your serial number in the email.
