Design Reviews

Asset Guardian® allows Design Reviews to be logged against documents and drawings within the system.

The design review consists of a number of fields that allow an authorised user to record the scope, results and, where necessary, corrective actions resulting from a design review. These details are logged against a document or drawing number and its revision, along with the user who entered the details and the date.

This provides an important quality audit trail in the life-cycle of producing documents and drawings stored in Asset Guardian®.
