Asset Guardian® Support |
When you take out an Annual Support with Asset Guardian® you receive access to free upgrades from the website (Based on the support contract type). In addition, you have full access to support from our technical helpdesk for the period you remain in support.
Without Annual Support, hot fixes are available to download free of charge and minor / major version upgrades are available to purchase. Technical support is provided free of charge for 30 days from your first enquiry to the technical helpdesk.
If your Annual Support contract has not been continuous since you purchased Asset Guardian® then you may have to purchase a version upgrade to the latest version before re-applying for Annual Support.
